Write an accurate event title, description and entry rules
Tell attendees exactly what is happening, what their ticket includes and what is required for entry.

Write for a first-time attendee
Use a clear title of up to 100 characters. The description should identify the organiser, event format, main activity and anything an attendee needs to decide whether to book.
Mentions and event tags can connect relevant people and events, but they must not imply a partnership, performer confirmation or endorsement that does not exist.
State important entry conditions
Minimum or maximum age and the type of ID the venue may check.
Doors, last-entry and finish times.
Dress code, accessibility information and prohibited items where applicable.
What each ticket includes, including seating, areas, food, drinks or extras.
Any lawful venue conditions that could lead to refused entry.
Correct mistakes promptly
Edit incorrect information as soon as it is found and publish a Notice when attendees may need to change their plans. A significant date, time, venue, performer or advertised-feature change may create refund rights and should not be hidden in ordinary promotional copy.
