Send notices and important updates to attendees

Use the Notice tab for clear, official event updates that attendees can find again.

Post a Notice

  1. Open your event and choose the Notice tab.

  2. Select Add a Notice or Post Notice.

  3. Write a specific update and include the action attendees need to take.

  4. Publish it, then check the attendee-facing Notice tab.

What makes a useful notice

  • Lead with the change, not promotional copy.

  • Name the affected date, ticket tier or entry condition.

  • Give the correct replacement detail and any deadline.

  • Edit or remove an outdated notice when it could mislead people.

Notices do not remove refund rights

If you cancel, reschedule or materially change an event, update the event itself and notify attendees promptly. Publishing a notice does not turn a significant change into a non-refundable one.
