Attend Terms of Service (v1) Effective date: 28 January 2026 Last updated: 10 June 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of Attend (the website, apps, and related services), including browsing and sharing event pages, creating events, posting content, sending direct messages, and purchasing tickets.

1) Who we are Attend is operated by KWAM2 LTD (Company No. 16339627), a company registered in England and Wales, with its registered office at 17 Fort Pitt Street, Chatham, ME4 6SX ("Attend", "we", "us", "our").

Support: Support@Attendit.app Legal notices (including copyright/takedown): Legal@KWAM2.com

2) Your agreement to these Terms By accessing or using Attend, you agree to these Terms and any policies we link to, including:

• our Privacy Notice • our Community Guidelines • our Refunds / Ticket Policy (where applicable)

If you do not agree, do not use Attend.

3) Eligibility (age, location, legal capacity) • You must be at least 13 years old to use Attend. • If you are 13–17, you confirm you have permission from a parent or guardian to use Attend where this is required. • Direct messages (DMs) are not available to users under 16. • Attend is available worldwide, but you must not use it where doing so would be unlawful. We may restrict access in certain countries or regions.

4) Your account and security • You are responsible for activity on your account. • Keep your login details safe and do not share your account. • Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts to protect users, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

5) What you can do on Attend Attend supports:

• Event listings (including public and private events) • Posts (user content) • Direct messages (DMs) — user-to-user private messaging

DMs and privacy. DMs are private by default and our team does not browse them. A conversation is only reviewed when a participant reports it, and then only the reported conversation. We monitor anonymous activity counts (volumes of messages and invites, and whether they go to followers or non-followers) to detect spam and abuse; these counts do not include message content. DMs are unavailable to users under 16. The Community Guidelines apply inside DMs.

Official communications. Attend never delivers official decisions about your account, events, payouts, or refunds by DM. Official notices come through your in-app inbox and email.

6) Public and private events

6.1 Public events Public event pages can be viewed by anyone with the link, including people who are not logged in.

6.2 Private events Private event pages are not publicly viewable. Logged-in users may request access, and the Organiser manually approves requests.

We are not responsible for Organiser decisions to approve or reject requests.

7) User content (posts and event content)

7.1 You keep ownership You keep ownership of the content you post or upload ("User Content").

7.2 Your responsibilities You are responsible for your User Content and you must have the rights to post it, including rights to images, video, music, and branding.

7.3 Licence you grant to Attend You grant Attend a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable licence to host, store, use, reproduce, modify (for technical purposes such as formatting and thumbnails), display, distribute, and make your User Content available:

• to operate, improve, and secure Attend; • to show your content to other users and to people who view public pages; • for moderation, safety, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

7.4 Promotion and featuring You also agree that Attend may feature, repost, and use your User Content for marketing and promotion of Attend (for example: featured sections in the app, website promotions, social posts, and advertising), without payment to you. Where practical, we will credit you.

7.5 Removal We use a combination of user reports, human review, and automated systems to help detect and remove content and events that may breach these Terms or our Community Guidelines. Automated systems can make mistakes.

We may remove or restrict User Content or events if we believe it:

• violates these Terms, the Community Guidelines, or the law; • infringes rights (including intellectual property); • creates safety, fraud, or platform integrity risk.

7.6 Deletion and retention If you delete content or your account, we will aim to remove it from public view. We may keep copies in backups and logs for up to 90 days, and longer where reasonably necessary for safety, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or dispute resolution.

Where we have taken enforcement action (for example, removing an event or content, restricting or banning an account, or preserving evidence of fraud or a safety issue), we may retain records of the breach, the related content and evidence, and our enforcement decision for as long as reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, safety, the establishment or defence of legal claims, and legal compliance — including after an account is deleted or banned.

8) Acceptable use (what you must not do) You must not:

• harass, threaten, hate, or discriminate against others; • dox, stalk, or share private personal information; • scam, defraud, or impersonate others; • post illegal sexual content, exploitative content, or content involving minors; • send mass unsolicited direct messages or invites, or use DMs to solicit payments, bank details, IDs, or other sensitive information; • share malware or attempt to hack, scrape, or disrupt Attend; • use automation to spam, create fake engagement, or otherwise harm the service; • list illegal events or promote illegal activity.

We can enforce these rules through warnings, removals, limits, suspensions, or termination.

9) Age-restricted events (18+ gating) Some events are marked 18+ (or other age restrictions).

• If you buy a ticket for an age-restricted event, you confirm you meet the requirement. • Organisers and venues may require ID at entry. • If you do not meet the age requirement or cannot provide ID where required, you may be refused entry and may not be entitled to a refund (unless required by law).

If we reasonably believe you have misrepresented your age, we may cancel tickets and restrict or suspend your account.

10) Tickets, payments, refunds, and disputes (Attendees)

10.1 Who you are buying from When you purchase a ticket through Attend, you purchase it from KWAM2 LTD. The event itself is organised and delivered by the Organiser, not Attend.

10.2 Prices and fees Ticket prices and any fees are shown before you pay. By completing checkout, you authorise us (and our payment providers) to take payment using your chosen method.

10.3 Refunds (default position) Tickets are not refundable if you change your mind, can't attend, or your circumstances change, unless a refund is required by law.

If an event is cancelled, rescheduled/moved, or significantly changed, you may be entitled to a refund under our Refunds / Ticket Policy and applicable consumer law.

10.4 Chargebacks and payment disputes If you raise a chargeback or payment dispute, we may ask you for information to investigate and respond. We may restrict accounts where we reasonably believe there is fraud or abuse.

10.5 Ticket transfers and resale Tickets are not transferable and must not be resold unless and until Attend introduces an official ticket transfer feature. We may cancel tickets and restrict accounts where we reasonably believe there is unauthorised resale, fraud, or misuse.

11) Organisers (creating and running events)

11.1 Your responsibilities If you create or manage an event on Attend, you are responsible for:

• the event being lawful and safe; • having the right to use the venue/platform and all materials you publish; • permits, licences, insurance, and age restrictions where required; • accurate event information (time, location, pricing, restrictions); • handling attendees fairly and not misleading them.

11.2 Organiser conditions Organisers may describe event-specific conditions (for example: dress code, ID checks, entry rules) in the event description. Attend does not enforce these conditions; Organisers and venues are responsible for lawful enforcement.

11.3 Payouts, holds, verification, and KYC To receive payouts, Organisers must provide accurate bank details.

Attend may require identity verification (KYC) to reduce fraud and comply with legal and partner requirements. We may use providers such as Veriff and/or Dojah (for Nigeria).

KYC timing: Organisers may sell tickets before completing KYC. We will require KYC once an Organiser reaches $100 in sales, or before any payout if the amount is below that threshold.

Payout timing: Payouts are not triggered simply because an event has ended. Payout timing depends on closure of the refund window, risk checks, verification/KYC, chargeback or dispute exposure, and the successful movement of funds through Attend's payment and payout

systems. Once an event's funds are cleared and a payout is released, we aim to complete it within 2–5 working days.

11.4 Withholding, set-off, and recovery Because Attend may be exposed to refunds, disputes, and chargebacks, we may:

• delay or withhold payouts (for example: suspected fraud, policy breaches, unresolved disputes); • set off refunds/chargebacks/fees against amounts otherwise owed; • recover amounts from future payouts or by invoicing the Organiser.

12) Third-party services (including livestreams) Attend uses third-party services for payments, identity checks, and other features. These services may have their own terms.

If an Organiser uses Attend to provide access to a livestream or digital event hosted by a third party (for example: YouTube, Twitch, Zoom, or another streaming provider), Attend may control access to the Attend page, but we do not control the third-party service. We are not responsible for third-party outages, stream quality, buffering, availability, or any failure outside our control.

13) Intellectual property Attend's name, logos, design, software, and platform features are owned by or licensed to us. You must not copy, reverse engineer, or resell access except where permitted by law or with our written permission.

14) Suspension and termination You can stop using Attend at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect users and the integrity of the platform. Repeated confirmed breaches lead to escalating enforcement as described in our Community Guidelines, including restrictions on creating events and temporary or permanent account bans.

15) Disclaimers Attend is provided on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that:

• any event will happen as described; • any organiser will perform; • the service will be uninterrupted or error-free;

• user content or event information will be accurate.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

16) Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Attend is not liable for indirect or consequential loss (such as loss of profit, business, opportunity, or reputational loss).

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

• fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; • death or personal injury caused by negligence; • anything else that cannot be limited by law.

17) Indemnity If your actions, content, or events cause claims against Attend (including because you violated the law or infringed rights), you agree to reimburse Attend for reasonable losses, costs, and expenses.

18) Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms. If we make material changes, we will provide notice in the app or service and update the effective date.

19) Complaints and pre-action contact Before bringing legal action relating to Attend, you agree to contact us at Support@Attendit.app and allow 14 days for us to try to resolve the issue.

20) Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
