Organisers are responsible for an accurate, lawful and safely delivered event.

You deliver the event

Attend provides event-listing, social and ticketing tools. The organiser remains responsible for the event itself, including lawful delivery, safety, accessibility, venue permission, licences, insurance, tax and any age restrictions that apply.

Publish complete and accurate information

Use the real event title, date, time and location, or clearly say when a detail is still to be confirmed.
List only performers, partners and brands you are authorised to advertise.
Explain exactly what each ticket includes and any age, ID, dress-code or last-entry rules.
Keep the page updated and publish a Notice promptly if attendees need to act.

Sell and communicate fairly

Paid tickets listed on Attend must use Attend's checkout rather than an off-platform payment route promoted through the event page, posts or direct messages. Do not mislead users, expose private-event access or use mass unsolicited invitations.
