When can I receive a refund?
Refunds normally apply to cancellations and some significant changes, not a change of mind.

When a refund may be available
- The event is cancelled; ticket-price refunds are normally automatic.
- The date or time changes significantly and Attend treats it as a material change.
- A venue, key performer or advertised feature changes and Attend decides that the change is material.
- Attend removes or suspends the event and treats it as cancelled.
What is not normally refundable
Tickets are not refundable simply because you change your mind, cannot attend or your circumstances change. Refusal of entry is also not automatically refundable, especially where you do not meet disclosed age, ID, dress-code or behaviour rules.
Request window and payment timing
Where a request is needed, the in-app path is available until 48 hours after the ticket's access period ends. Automatic cancellation refunds are not limited by that request window.
Attend aims to process an approved refund within five business days. Your bank may take additional time. The ticket price is refunded to the original payment method; the 3.7% booking fee is normally not refunded unless required by law.
