Cancelled, rescheduled or changed events and entry refusals
Know what to expect when an event is cancelled, changes significantly or a venue refuses entry.

If the event is cancelled
Ticket sales stop and paid orders are queued for automatic ticket-price refunds. Free ticket holders are notified but have no payment to refund. Watch your account email and original payment method; you normally do not need to submit a separate request.
If the event is rescheduled or changed
A significant date or time change can be treated as a material change. Venue, key performer or major advertised-feature changes are assessed case by case. If Attend offers refunds, use the ticket's Refund action within the displayed request window.
If entry is refused
Organisers and venues make entry decisions. They may check age, valid ID, venue capacity, behaviour, dress code, last entry and other rules clearly disclosed on the event page.
A refund is not guaranteed where you did not meet a disclosed condition. If the rule was missing, misleading, discriminatory or applied unlawfully, keep evidence and report the issue to Attend.
