Request a refund and track what happens next
Start from the ticket, choose the reason and watch the ticket and email for the outcome.

Submit a request
Open Settings > Bookings and select the relevant event.
Open the ticket and choose Refund.
Choose the reason shown. For a material change, identify what changed and add useful context.
Select Request Refund once and wait for confirmation.
How reasons are handled
A material-change request works only after Attend has marked that order as eligible. A fake-or-scam concern is assessed by Attend, not the organiser, and the page also offers Report when the event can be linked.
A transferred ticket that has been claimed is not eligible for an ordinary order refund. This rule does not remove event-wide cancellation rights or legal rights.
Track the outcome
The current web app does not have a separate refund-request history screen. Watch the ticket status in Bookings and the email connected to your account. Attend sends a completion email after the payment provider confirms the refund, not merely when a request is approved.
If an approved refund has not reached the original payment method after the stated processing time, contact Support with the event and order reference.
