Preview, publish and edit your event

Review each creation step before publishing, then use Event Settings for supported changes.

Review before the final step

Move back through Event Details, Date & Time, Venue, Classification, Upload Media and Set Tickets. Check the attendee-facing meaning, not only whether each field is filled.

The current flow publishes immediately after successful creation and then shows Your Event Has Been Published. There is no public draft manager in the web app.

Edit a published event

  1. Open the event page as its owner.

  2. Choose the settings icon, then Edit Event.

  3. Change supported event details and save the update.

  4. Use Notice to explain any change attendees need to know about.

Editing limits

Ticket information is view-only in the current edit journey. Significant changes to date, time, venue, lineup or what was advertised may be material and can create refund rights. If the event can no longer be delivered accurately, use the cancellation flow rather than leaving a misleading page live.
