Read your Host Dashboard, buyers, sales and insights

Use the Host Dashboard to understand one event's tickets, buyers, revenue and audience activity.

Open the dashboard

  1. Open Settings and choose Host Dashboard.

  2. Review the hosted-events overview, total tickets sold and gross revenue.

  3. Select an event to open its event-level Overview, Tickets, Buyers and Insights information.

What the figures mean

  • Tickets sold and remaining inventory show demand against capacity.

  • Revenue is the recorded gross ticket value, not necessarily the final payout.

  • Ticket breakdowns show performance by category.

  • Page views, unique viewers, checkout starts and purchases help explain conversion.

  • Traffic sources show how authenticated visitors reached the event where that data exists.

Use data carefully

Very recent sales or refunds can take time to appear. Gross revenue does not automatically subtract every refund, dispute, platform fee or payment cost shown elsewhere. The current dashboard is mainly event-level and does not provide a public attendee CSV export.
