When organiser payouts arrive and why they may be held

Payouts begin only after the event, refund window and required checks are complete.

When to expect a payout

An event ending does not trigger an immediate payout. Attend first waits for the refund window to close and for the event funds, refunds and required checks to clear. After a payout is released, Attend aims to complete it within two to five working days.

      Why a payout may not be released

        • Identity verification or payout details are incomplete or need correction.
        • A refund, payment dispute or chargeback remains unresolved.
        • The event or account is under review for a safety, fraud, policy or legal concern.
        • Funds have not yet completed the required payment and payout processing.

        If the payout is overdue

        The current consumer web app does not include a complete payout-status screen. Check the email connected to the organiser account, then email Support@Attendit.app with the event name, event date and organiser account. Never send an online-banking password or full card details.
