Set ticket names, quantities, prices and fee handling

Configure each paid category clearly and decide whether to absorb or incorporate Attend's organiser fee.

Complete each ticket

Use a specific category name and description.
Set the available quantity within the venue's capacity.
Choose GBP, USD or EUR and enter the ticket price.
Use the colour only as a visual aid; the written category still determines access.

Understand Pass on fees

Attend's standard organiser platform fee is 10%. If Pass on fees is off, the fee is deducted from the organiser amount. If it is on, the interface increases what the buyer pays so the fee is incorporated into the ticket price rather than displayed as a separate organiser-fee line.

The attendee's separate 3.7% booking fee is still displayed at checkout.

After tickets sell

The current Edit Event flow makes ticket information view-only. Do not rely on rewriting sold categories later. Check names, quantities, prices and fee handling before publishing.
