Find a missing ticket or confirmation
Check the correct account, Bookings and payment result before asking Attend to trace the order.

Try these checks
- Sign in with the email used during checkout.
- Open Settings > Bookings and check Upcoming, Ongoing and Passed.
- Open Payments and confirm whether the transaction succeeded, is pending or failed.
- Search your inbox and spam folder for the event name and Attend.
- Refresh the app once after allowing a short time for payment confirmation.
If payment succeeded but no ticket appears
Email Support@Attendit.app from the account email. Include the event name, payment amount, date and approximate time, plus any order or payment reference you can see. Do not send full card details.
If you are already at the venue
Show the organiser any Attend payment confirmation and your account email, but do not rely on a bank screenshot alone as a valid ticket. The organiser decides entry and may need Attend to confirm the order.
