Find your bookings, tickets, QR codes and ticket status

Open Bookings to see upcoming, ongoing and past events and the QR code for each ticket.

Open your tickets

  1. Open Settings and choose Bookings.

  2. Choose Upcoming, Ongoing or Passed.

  3. Select the event booking to open its tickets.

  4. If the order contains several tickets, move between them and show the correct QR code at entry.

Understand the status

  • Pending means the ticket is active and waiting to be used, unless payment is still processing.

  • Scanned or Attended means it has already been accepted at check-in.

  • Missed applies after an unused event has passed.

  • Failed can represent an expired, cancelled or refunded ticket that is not valid for entry.

At the door

Increase screen brightness and open the QR code before reaching the scanner. Each code is for one ticket and should not be posted publicly. An already-scanned, refunded, cancelled or wrong-session ticket will not validate.
