Check in attendees using the scanner and PIN
Share the scanner URL and PIN with trusted door staff, then scan or enter each ticket code once.

Open Scanner Access
- Open the event as its owner and choose the settings icon.
- Open Scanner Access to view the Scanner PIN and Scanner URL.
- Share both only with trusted check-in staff for that event.
- Open the scanner link, enter the PIN and allow camera access for QR scanning.
Validate a ticket
- Choose QR to scan the attendee's code, or Code to enter it manually.
- For a multi-session event, make sure the correct occurrence is selected.
- Read the full result before admitting the attendee.
- Do not scan a second time merely because an already-scanned result appears.
Understand results
A ticket can be valid, already scanned, invalid, for the wrong event or occurrence, or unusable because it was refunded, cancelled or the event was cancelled. Resolve identity or entry-condition questions separately from QR validity.
