Choose suitable files

Upload Media accepts common event-image formats including JPG, PNG, GIF and WebP, plus supported video files such as MP4, MOV and WebM. Use sharp, legible media that still works when cropped on a phone.

Add and review media

Choose the main event banner and use the crop or fit controls to position it.
Add a square profile image that remains recognisable at a small size.
Add optional gallery images or videos that help attendees understand the event.
Wait for every upload to finish and check its preview before continuing.

Use media responsibly

You must have the rights to every image, video, logo, piece of music and brand asset you upload. Do not use a performer's or venue's image in a way that falsely suggests confirmation or sponsorship.
