Attend Community Guidelines for events and content
A plain-English overview of the behaviour, events and content Attend does not allow.
Last updated
Keep Attend safe and honest
Do not harass, threaten, bully, discriminate against or encourage others to target someone.
Do not create fake or misleading events, impersonate people or brands, phish, scam or circulate counterfeit tickets.
Do not share private information, private-event links, door codes or messages without permission.
Do not exploit or endanger children, promote illegal drugs, coordinate violence or post illegal sexual content.
Do not spam, manipulate engagement, scrape Attend or send mass unsolicited messages or invitations.
Rules for events and content
Listings must be accurate about the date, location, lineup, age limits, entry rules and what a ticket includes. Upload only content you have the rights to use. Adult events must be lawful and labelled appropriately; sexually exploitative or explicitly sex-centred events are not allowed.
Attend is values-led and does not allow content or events centred on occult or satanic worship or themes used to intimidate, glorify harm or encourage dangerous behaviour.
Direct messages and tickets
The same rules apply in direct messages. Do not use DMs for off-platform ticket sales, payment requests or sensitive information. Under-16 accounts do not have DM access.
Until Attend's public ticket policies are updated, do not resell or transfer tickets through posts, DMs or unofficial routes, even though transfer code exists in the product repository.
What Attend may do
Attend may remove content or events, limit features, restrict event creation, hold organiser payouts, suspend accounts or permanently ban serious or repeated offenders. If you believe a decision is wrong, email Support@Attendit.app; the self-service appeal interface is not currently live.
