Attend policy
Reps & Guides Affiliate Programme Terms
The rules for becoming an Attend Rep or Guide, using promotional materials, referring organisers, and earning commission.
Effective 20 October 2026Last updated 20 October 2026
These Terms explain the rights and responsibilities of people who apply to, or participate in, the Attend Reps & Guides Affiliate Programme (the Programme).
The Programme is operated by KWAM2 LTD, company number 16339627, registered in England and Wales (referred to as Attend, We, Us or Our). In these Terms, You means an applicant or approved Rep or Guide (Affiliate).
1. Applying and joining
1.1 You may apply with or without an existing Attend account. Applying does not guarantee approval, a voucher or earnings.
1.2 Standard applicants accept these Terms when submitting their Programme application. Directly invited or appointed Affiliates accept them when first accessing their Affiliate dashboard, before using Programme privileges. Receiving a voucher code or invitation does not, by itself, mean you have accepted these Terms.
1.3 Attend may review applications, request reasonable verification and approve or decline participation. You must provide accurate information and promptly correct material changes.
1.4 You must meet the age, identity and other eligibility requirements that apply to your role and location. Participants below 18 may be accepted only under arrangements expressly approved by Attend that comply with applicable local law and safeguarding requirements. Creating an Attend account is separately subject to Attend's minimum account age.
1.5 An approved Affiliate may need to create or verify an Attend account before accessing the dashboard or receiving payment. Approval does not authorise you to act as an employee or enter contracts on Attend's behalf.
2. What Affiliates may do
2.1 You may introduce organisers to Attend, explain publicly available features, share your authorised referral code and produce promotional material consistent with these Terms and instructions issued by Attend.
2.2 You must not make unsupported promises about ticket sales, availability, pricing, admission, payouts, platform functionality, partnerships or the success of an event. You must not collect money from organisers or attendees on Attend's behalf unless expressly authorised in writing.
2.3 Participation does not guarantee assignments, promotion, exclusive territory, referrals or any minimum income.
3. Referral codes and attribution
3.1 If approved, Attend may assign you a unique code. The code identifies eligible organisers who redeem it through an Attend-approved process.
3.2 Commission requires a valid recorded organiser attribution and qualifying transactions. Finding an organiser, sending an unsolicited message, recording a CRM lead or claiming to have influenced an organiser does not automatically create commission entitlement.
3.3 You must not create fake accounts, arrange sham purchases, refer yourself, manipulate another person's code, misstate who introduced an organiser or interfere with referral tracking. Codes must not be sold, rented or transferred without written permission.
3.4 Attend may resolve competing claims using verified redemption records, eligibility rules and supporting evidence. We may disable an abused or compromised code. Any correction to attribution will be handled fairly and will not arbitrarily cancel already validly earned commission.
4. Organiser discounts
4.1 Where the standard promotion applies, an eligible organiser using your code receives 50% off Attend's platform commission for 30 days, ordinarily reducing Attend's standard 10% platform fee to 5% for the promotional period.
4.2 This is a discount on Attend's platform fee, not 50% off the organiser's ticket prices or ticket-sale proceeds. Exact eligibility, rate and duration may vary by an expressly notified offer or local requirements; the terms presented when the organiser redeems a code govern that promotion.
4.3 The end of an organiser's discount Does not by itself end your commission entitlement for later qualifying ticket sales. Attribution and continued Programme eligibility are separate from the organiser's limited discount period.
5. How commission is earned
5.1 The standard Affiliate share is 35% of Attend's platform commission actually attributable to qualifying, successfully paid ticket transactions from an eligible referred organiser.
5.2 It is Not 35% of the ticket price or total ticket sales. Organiser revenue, separate attendee booking fees, taxes and other sums that are not Attend's eligible platform commission are excluded.
5.3 Commission is subject to successful settlement, valid attribution, the applicable earning period, and adjustments for refunds, chargebacks, reversals or fraud. Free tickets and transactions generating no eligible platform commission ordinarily generate no Affiliate commission.
5.4 You may continue earning on the referred organiser's subsequent qualifying transactions after the introductory discount expires while the referral remains valid, your Programme participation is active and your commission period has not ended. This is not an unconditional lifetime guarantee.
5.5 Any different commission rate or special arrangement must be confirmed by Attend. We will not retrospectively reduce amounts already validly earned merely because a standard rate changes.
6. Earnings, payouts and adjustments
6.1 Your Affiliate dashboard may show commission as Pending, Available or Paid. An estimate or pending balance is not an immediate promise of payment.
6.2 Commission is ordinarily subject to a holding period, initially seven days under the standard configuration, and may be held longer for unresolved settlement, refund, dispute, compliance or security matters. Available balances must also satisfy the payout threshold and applicable payment schedule.
6.3 Attend's standard automated payout schedule is Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with a default minimum of US$10 equivalent. These operational settings may change and will be communicated through the dashboard or Programme notices. Bank arrival times are not guaranteed.
6.4 To receive payments you must complete necessary Stripe Connect or other authorised payment-provider verification and maintain a valid payout account.
6.5 Refunds, lost chargebacks, reversals and proven fraudulent sales may reduce unpaid or future earnings. Recovery of amounts already paid will be supported by transaction records and handled in accordance with law. Attend will not arbitrarily confiscate genuinely earned commissions.
6.6 You are responsible for applicable taxes on your income, subject to any mandatory withholding or reporting duties imposed on Attend.
7. Brand, media and communications
7.1 Using Attend's name and identity
7.1.1 Attend owns or licenses its trade marks, names, logos, designs, screenshots, templates, videos and other brand materials. Approval gives you a Limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to use materials expressly authorised for Programme promotion.
7.1.2 You must not register an account, domain or business name that impersonates Attend, suggest you are an employee, or claim authority to speak for or bind Attend unless expressly permitted.
7.2 Required wording, claims and terminology
7.2.1 Attend may prescribe, correct or prohibit specific promotional wording, titles, terminology, slogans, claims and descriptions of its products.
7.2.2 This includes how you describe Attend, Rep, Guide, organiser discounts, commission rates, ticketing features, partnerships, sponsorship and campaign relationships.
7.2.3 You must not represent a football club, sports league, university, church, venue, artist, event or organiser as an official Attend partner without verified permission.
7.2.4 Where Attend supplies a Brand & Communications Guide, approved messages or a campaign brief, follow the current instructions notified to you. Operational guidance may be updated, but material changes to your contractual rights will follow Section 12.
7.3 Videos, photographs and social media
7.3.1 You may create original videos, reels, photographs, posts and other marketing materials that comply with these Terms and applicable law.
7.3.2 Do not publish misleading edited demonstrations; remove required branding or advertising notices; misuse copyrighted music, footage or images; reveal confidential information; or suggest that a campaign has received approval it has not received.
7.3.3 Attend may require advance review of paid advertising, official-looking branded campaigns, sensitive partnership claims and other specified content. You must promptly correct or remove content that breaches these Terms or an applicable legal requirement.
7.4 Organisers' media, particularly Attend-related content
7.4.1 Content visible on Attend is not automatically available for Affiliate reuse. An organiser's event poster, image, video, livestream, artist footage or other media may be copied, edited, reposted or distributed only if the relevant rights holder has authorised the use, Attend has a licence permitting that particular Affiliate use, or another legal permission applies.
7.4.2 Pay particular attention to any media containing Attend's logos, interface, sponsorship, promotional involvement or other Attend-related branding. Permission to advertise an event does not necessarily permit you to present it as an official Attend collaboration or to repurpose footage for unrelated campaigns.
7.4.3 Respect organiser restrictions, image rights, performer rights, music rights, privacy requests and takedown notices. If permission is uncertain, do not reuse the material until it is confirmed.
7.5 Content Affiliates create
7.5.1 You retain ownership of original content you create, subject to rights owned by other people.
7.5.2 For original material you Submit or expressly supply to Attend for Programme promotion, you grant Attend a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce, edit, crop, caption, translate, adapt, publish and distribute that material for Attend-related promotional purposes. Attend may use service providers and marketing partners to exercise this licence.
7.5.3 You must have the necessary rights and permissions for that use. We will not treat every personal post on your own accounts as automatically licensed simply because it mentions Attend. Any separately commissioned production can have its own agreed terms.
7.6 Advertising disclosures
7.6.1 Make it clear when you are advertising or recommending Attend in return for commission or another benefit. Where UK advertising rules apply, label relevant promotions clearly as Ad, or use another equally clear disclosure that meets the applicable rules.
7.6.2 Do not hide disclosures at the end of lengthy captions or use vague statements that fail to identify the commercial relationship. Comply with advertising, electronic marketing, privacy and platform rules wherever you operate.
8. Conduct and reputation
8.1 You must not engage in fraud, harassment, intimidation, unlawful discrimination, threatening behaviour, deceitful marketing or serious misconduct related to the Programme.
8.2 You must not knowingly publish false allegations, impersonations or misleading statements, or engage in Programme-related conduct reasonably likely to cause serious harm to Attend's reputation or its relationships with organisers and users.
8.3 These rules do not prohibit honest criticism, legitimate complaints, speaking to regulators, reporting suspected unlawful activity or other legally protected disclosures.
9. Personal information and confidentiality
9.1 Use personal information about organisers, attendees and other Affiliates only as necessary for activities Attend has authorised and in compliance with applicable privacy and direct-marketing laws.
9.2 Do not scrape private user data, share non-public contact lists, sell personal information or use Programme records for unrelated campaigns.
9.3 Keep non-public business, security, referral and payment information confidential except where disclosure is authorised or required by law.
9.4 How Attend uses your own Programme information is explained in the Reps & Guides Privacy Notice, which supplements the general Attend Privacy Policy.
10. Independent relationship and other Attend policies
10.1 Your participation is as an independent Affiliate, unless a different arrangement is expressly agreed. You cannot incur liabilities or make commitments on Attend's behalf.
10.2 The label used for this relationship does not remove employment, worker or other statutory rights that may apply based on the actual facts and law.
10.3 These Programme Terms apply Whether or not you have an Attend account. If you use the Attend website or app, Attend's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines also apply to that platform use, where applicable. Acceptance of these Programme Terms is not a substitute for any separate acceptance required during app registration.
10.4 If a rule conflicts over an Affiliate-specific matter, these Programme Terms prevail, subject to mandatory law.
11. Suspension, termination and earnings
11.1 You may leave the Programme by contacting Attend.
11.2 Attend may suspend or end your participation for significant or repeated breaches, suspected fraud, misuse of media, security risks, failure to verify eligibility or other reasonable Programme reasons. We will normally explain the reason and allow you to respond where practicable, but urgent steps may be taken to prevent harm.
11.3 Once participation ends, you must stop presenting yourself as an active Affiliate and stop using revoked codes and brand permissions. You must correct or remove unauthorised promotional material on request.
11.4 No new commission accrues after the effective end of your earning eligibility unless a different arrangement applies. Valid commission earned before that point remains payable, subject to proper verification, refunds, adjustments and applicable law.
12. Changes, complaints and disputes
12.1 Attend may amend Programme rules, operational instructions or standard rates. We will give reasonable advance notice of material contractual changes where practicable, and new commission rates will generally apply prospectively.
12.2 Where express renewed acceptance is required by law, Attend will request it. We may require acceptance of a material update before further Programme participation.
12.3 Raise questions, attribution disagreements or payout disputes through Support@Attendit.app. We will review relevant records and give a reasonable opportunity to correct factual errors. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.
13. Legal details and acceptance
13.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory rights and protections that may apply elsewhere.
13.2 If one provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues to operate. Nothing limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13.3 Programme operator: KWAM2 LTD (company number 16339627), 17 Fort Pitt Street, Chatham, England, ME4 6SX.
13.4 Support: Support@Attendit.app. Legal enquiries: Legal@KWAM2.Com.
13.5 When you select the Affiliate Terms checkbox and submit an application, or accept them on first Affiliate-dashboard access following a direct invitation, you enter into this agreement. Attend may retain the accepted version, associated application or account ID, timestamp and related acceptance evidence.
